Why is being “together” important?

Because...:

• Our body relaxes through connection.

• Genuine listening reduces stress and restores a sense of belonging.

• A safe space allows you to open your heart. Even through a screen, you don't feel alone.

• Speaking from the heart is soothing, simple and human.

I accept that:

• This space is dedicated to listening, not responding.
  I will not correct, I will simply listen with my heart.

• I listen to everything I hear, without judgment or cynicism .
  Even if the opinion is contrary to mine.

• I speak in the first person.
  In our circle, we don't talk about "us" or "the state," but about how I feel.

• That there is no obligation to speak.
  You can also simply be there and listen. Silence is accepted with love. Sometimes that's what's present and that's enough.

• Let the meeting be devoted to sincere conversations .
  Not for current affairs or political discussions.

• Preserve the privacy of participants.
  Zoom is not recorded. What is said remains within the circle.

• Turn on the camera.
  So that we can feel safe and truly together. All cameras must be open.
